All in all detox week 1 went well.

I was pleasantly surprised at how little I experienced “detox” symptoms….like sitting on the toilet for hours, sweating, constant headaches etc.

I experienced cravings, hunger and fatigue and a little irritability (nothing new there…hehe).

I am looking forward to being able to able back in protein, whole grains and fish….YAY!!
