Aside from being famished, things are going pretty well.

Love the Kale Slaw…so good…of course…cardboard might be yummy at this point too!

This is the toughest week…so hang in there!

Tonight I will finish up the Kale Slaw and have the avocado, pepper and tomato salad as well.

Drinking lots of water is important while you detox…so drink up!

Status Day 2: Hungry, Tired and a little grouchy (all par for the course).

What’s on the Menu for Day 3:

Lemon water first thing and last thing of the day.

Breakfast: Grapefruit, Carrot, Ginger juice

Lunch: Sweet Potato, Celery, Apple Salad

Dinner: Roasted Peppers, Cauliflower and Almonds

I added in the exercise part of the detox too….went for a brisk 2 mile walk this morning….did you here that Babe??  A WALK!! Woot Woot!
