When you’re struggling to fall asleep one night….try sleeping upside down. No, I don’t mean LITERALLY! Don’t go suspending yourself by your feet from your ceiling or anything! Simply sleep with your head at the foot of your bed and your feet at the head of your bed. It works…for some bizarre reason….I swear. Give it a try, HOWEVER….DO NOT OVER-USE the method….it will cease to work its magic if you use it too often!!
